I think Charles is completely fed up and exasperated with Andrew's attempts to return as a working royal. It must be so tiring to have to have someone explain to him, over and over, why that is not possible. I hope the public reaction to the car ride has made it plain to Andrew that he can not return, but I don't know. People like Andrew just do not give up, and if by some chance they do get what they want then they expect someone else to fix the inevitable backlash and make everything all right for them again. Question: Who is behind the article about William not wearing a kilt?

I asked this question four times, in a slightly different way each time, and drew a single card for each question. The cards I drew are above, and the results for each question are below:

a) Who is behind the article?

I drew the Emperor in reverse. The Emperor is the card for Charles, as he is the King. In the upright position it is the card of a leader, authority, the father figure, discipline, stability, etc. In the reverse position it is a card of excessive control, a lack of discipline, being stubborn and domineering, and acting like a tyrant.

The energy of this card was of King Charles acting out of his lesser nature and misusing his power as king. The energy feels like he is trying to control a situation over which he has little to no control, and this (the article) is the best he can do, so that he feels as if he has done something about the situation to make it go the way he wants it to go (when in reality he hasn't done anything to control the situation at all, but he can't see that).

I wanted to be sure, so I asked some more questions.

b) Is Camilla behind the article?

The card I drew for this was the same as the one I drew for the question above, the Emperor reversed. Again, the energy was of Charles, saying not the wife but the husband (acting in the same petty manner as the wife).

Again, I wanted to check every possibility, so I asked another question:

c) Did the article come from the Sussexes?

The card I drew was the Hierophant, representing authority and institutions, and in this case, the BRF. So the articles definitely came from within the British Royal Family, which again indicates that Charles is the one responsible, as per the two answers above.

I wanted to make absolutely sure I was correct, so I asked one last question:

d) Is Charles behind the article? If so, please give me one of his personal cards - Death or The King of Cups.

The card I drew was the King of Cups in reverse, confirming that Charles is the person behind the articles against William. The card being reversed is a sign that he is acting out of his lesser nature, most likely because he feels overshadowed or overlooked in some way.

So after four readings, the answer to my question is that King Charles is behind the article in the press about William not wearing a kilt. The cards in reverse indicate that he is acting out of his lower nature, i.e. being petty/envious/spiteful etc, most likely because he feels overshadowed and/or diminished by his son's actions.

There were other cards that followed the single card I drew that indicated that part of this could be trying to get the British public to welcome Harry back. I will have to do more readings on that to confirm if it is the correct interpretation. For now it is just a possibility that has to be confirmed or denied via future readings.

I would have more respect for Charles if he just owned up to it, but as usual, he let's someone else either do the work/ or take the credit when whatever he did either failed or was illegal i.e. money for honors. I am an American so my opinions don't matter. However, if Charles just said I made a mistake, I will make Camilla Queen Consort. I think I would have accepted it. I wouldn't like it but at least I would know he had character. Besides, Camilla is doing a fabulous job for the RF. Do I like this decision? No. Even this stupid American knows you don't break a promise to your people if you are the King!
